The content of the paper is focused on the fact that heat exchangers are devices that are also installed in machines and are exposed to vibration,  while heat exchangers that use fine flow paths are being adopted, there is no consideration for them.
As expected, it was confirmed that when vibration was applied to the fine flow path, the flow state changed dramatically.
