On the afternoon of November 11th (Thursday), a lecture was held at our university. Mr. Shinichi Sasaki, a former vice president of Toyota Motor Corporation, who is a leading expert in quality control was invited.

After the lecture, Mr. Sasaki visited our laboratory. I explained about the laboratory equipment and simulation analysis.

I received many questions and impressions from Mr. Sasaki, also I received some questions for the first time, so I realized again that it is important to have discussions with people who are in the same engineering field but have different perspectives.

In addition, the students of this laboratory were also present, they felt that the opportunity to interact with people like Mr. Sasaki, was an important experience for the students who will be in charge of society in the future.

Although the corona pandemic, I was very pleased to be able to guide and explain the laboratory research.
