Next year’s laboratory assignment was carried out, and it was decided to safely assign enthusiastic third-grade students who made this laboratory their first choice.

I am relieved that each of the three people has the will to tackle future energy problems, and has an unbreakable spirit and a willingness to learn.

For the students who are already doing research, they did the research properly,  although the coronavirus, and without any difficulty.

In addition, the companies with which we collaborated also enthusiastically worked on student education and provided guidance, so we were able to carry out very good R & D, and some of the research was finally a year in which we could see the light of day.

In addition, the issues that have been common to the world of heat exchangers for many years are one step closer to being resolved ahead of the world with joint research partners.

The laboratory has an important mission next year as well.

From next year, I would like to inform you that there are many honest and hard-working students not only in the laboratory, also in the University of Electro-Communications. Teachers are also enthusiastic about their research.

It is a little early, but we hope you all have a good year.

来年度の研究室配属が行われ，無事に本研究室を第一志望とした熱意のある3年生の配属が決定しました．

定員3名でそれぞれが，今後のエネルギー問題に取組みたいという意志を持って，そして折れない精神と学ぶ意欲に富んでいることに，私も気が引き締まる思いです．

既に研究で研究を行っている学生については，コロナを理由にせず，そして幾多の困難にも心折れずに研究をきちんと遂行してくれました．

また，共同研究先の企業の方も，学生教育にも熱心に取組んで指導してくださったため，とても良い研究開発ができ，そして一部の研究はやっと日の目を見ることが叶った1年でした．

加えて長年，熱交換器の世界共通の課題であった課題も，共同研究先と世界に先駆けて解決するまであと一歩の所まできています．

来年も大事なミッションを研究室は抱えています．

研究室のみならず，電気通信大学には素直で勤勉な学生が多々いること，そして研究熱心な先生方がいらっしゃることを，来年からは発信していきたいと考えています．

少し早いですが，皆様どうぞよいお年をお迎えください．
